The Operating Layer grants access to AI-powered research design and execution, context-aware analysis and synthesis tools, modular workflow automation, secure and private data environments, insight memory, and third-party integrations. It is not intended for general-purpose AI use and is limited to research and insight applications.
Users must be 18 years or older and agree to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Users are responsible for providing accurate registration data and keeping it up to date.
Limited-time trials or beta access may be offered. These features are temporary, may change or expire, and their outputs are informational and require human verification.
Users must use the Operating Layer legally and ethically. Reverse-engineering or tampering with the AI systems or infrastructure, transmitting malicious, unauthorized, or deceptive content, or misrepresenting AI outputs or portraying them as factual without validation is prohibited.
AI outputs are for informational purposes and must be reviewed and validated by the user. InsightGig does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights. Critical decisions should not rely solely on AI results without human review.
InsightGig retains ownership of the Operating Layer and its components, including its architecture, models, agents, and user interface. Users retain rights to their uploaded content. Copying, reproduction, or distribution of the Operating Layer requires written consent.
InsightGig may modify or suspend the Operating Layer at any time. While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Access may be terminated for misuse of the Operating Layer in any manner, legal requirements, or violation of this Agreement. Termination results in the immediate cessation of use rights.
The Operating Layer is provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranties are given regarding fitness for purpose, reliability, or accuracy. Users must determine the accuracy or reliability of outputs or the suitability of the Operating Layer for their specific needs.
Users are responsible for maintaining and backing up their records and analysis history. InsightGig does not retain records beyond service delivery.
InsightGig is not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, outages, or regulatory actions.
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy represent the full agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid.
Users may not transfer rights without written permission. InsightGig may assign the Agreement to affiliates or in the event of a corporate transaction.
InsightGig may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of such services.
InsightGig shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid (if any) by the user.
This Agreement is governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Delaware courts. If unresolved, disputes will be arbitrated in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
