InsightGig Acceptable Use Guidelines

These Acceptable Use Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the permitted and prohibited uses of the InsightGig Operating Layer (the “Service”). By using InsightGig, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and AI Use Disclaimer.
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to any updates.
What You Can Do
You may use InsightGig to:
- Design and run market research studies, synthesize findings, and generate insights.
- Upload and analyze qualitative and quantitative data files you have the legal right to use.
- Generate summaries, themes, and reports for internal decision-making, client engagements, or stakeholder presentations.
What You May Not Do
To maintain responsible and ethical use of AI, you may not use InsightGig to:
Harm Others or Break the Law
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights.
- Upload or use content that is false, defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
- Promote hate speech, violence, or terrorism.
Misuse AI Outputs
- Present AI-generated outputs as factually authoritative without validation.
- Distribute unverified outputs in regulated, medical, legal, or safety-critical contexts.
- Misrepresent outputs as human-authored when they are not.
- Use InsightGig outputs in political campaigns, disinformation efforts, or deceptive practices.
- Generate content intended to impersonate an individual (living or dead) without their explicit consent, or in a manner that is deceptive or defamatory.
Upload Unpermitted or Harmful Content
- Upload personal health information, sensitive identifiers (e.g., SSNs, financial info), or confidential third-party data without authorization.
- Submit malicious files, viruses, or code intended to damage systems or data.
Tamper With or Reverse Engineer
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract source code, or circumvent functionality of the Service.
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access the Service without authorization.
- Attempt to “jailbreak” the AI models, inject conflicting or malicious prompts, or otherwise circumvent the safety filters and mechanisms of the Service.
Compete With or Replicate InsightGig
- Use the Service to create, train, or improve a competing product or service.
- Repurpose InsightGig’s methods or architecture for commercial gain without permission.
Spam or Abusive Use
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or trigger high-volume, low-value tasks that degrade system performance.
Our Right to Enforce
We may monitor usage and content to ensure compliance with these Guidelines and to maintain the integrity and security of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InsightGig for violations of these Guidelines, with or without notice, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
