  • Security & Incident Reporting: All employees and partners must promptly report security risks, suspected breaches, or policy violations to the designated security team.

  • AI Responsibility & Disclosure: Ensure transparency when using AI-assisted tools. Any outputs generated with AI will be clearly disclosed, and final accountability rests with human reviewers.
  • Research Rigor & Validation: Uphold methodological rigor in all research activities. AI-assisted outputs will always be reviewed, validated, and responsibly applied before client use.
  • Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: We expect all employees, contractors, and partners to avoid conflicts of interest in business decisions. All dealings must be conducted fairly, transparently, and in the best interest of clients and partners.

  • Fair Opportunities: Treat all partners fairly and provide equal opportunities regardless of gender, ethnicity, nationality, or other personal characteristics.
